From Draft Pick to All-Star: Rogers' journey with the Twins began when they selected him in the 11th round of the 2012 MLB Draft straight out of the University of Kentucky. He made his highly anticipated major league debut in 2016 and quickly became a key figure in the Twins' bullpen. His impressive performance culminated in an All-Star selection during his last full season with the team in 2021. It was a bittersweet departure when he was traded to the San Diego Padres in April 2022.
During his tenure with the Twins, Rogers was a reliable workhorse, appearing in 319 games in relief. He amassed a record of 17-18, secured 50 saves, posted a stellar 3.15 ERA, and recorded 361 strikeouts over 314 2/3 innings. With the Cubs, Rogers continued to pitch, going 1-0 with a 5.09 ERA, 4 walks, and 19 strikeouts in 17 2/3 innings over 17 relief appearances.

He holds a record of 31-36 with 83 saves, a 3.34 ERA, 165 walks, and a remarkable 626 strikeouts over 541 1/3 innings in 566 games (without any starts). His career has spanned stints with the Twins (2016-21), Padres (2022), Milwaukee Brewers (2022), San Francisco Giants (2023-24), the Reds, and the Cubs.
